The tour was really good. The island is beautiful and volcanos are amazing. The guide was nice and we saw a few amazing places in a short time, especially Nationalpark Timanfaya a must see.

We booked a Spanish tour. On arrival to Lanzarote the guide told us it was in English and Italian. But Stefano immediately adapted and did the whole tour on three languages which we really appreciated. He also made sure to explain some more in the little spot to visit. He was an absolute legend! We really recommend the tour

Absolutely fantastic tour, and the cost was excellent for what you got . The tour guide was well knowledgeable (Stephanos) the only gripe I have and really should have brought this to the attention of the driver, as I am a professional driver myself, delivering fuel in the UK , driver checks were certainly not done before taking the vehicle on the road , and considering the particular tour we were on , I find this to be very dangerous, . I wish I had brought this to the attention of the driver. Please please correct this as it is something that the world will be reading about when one of your vehicles end up down the side of a volcano

Really interesting and incredible views of the island. We weren’t prepared for such a wild bus ride, however, the bus driver Carlos did an amazing job. The tour guide Stefano was also really nice. Although I have to say, sometimes I couldn’t understand him. At times he used weird (English) words to describe the surroundings, which again, made it difficult to follow at times. Not a big deal if you look at the bigger picture. We would’ve likes a bit more time at the stops, because we didn’t have much time to look at everything and get a snack. All in all, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Three of us joined the tour today. It was extremely well organised and immensely enjoyable, informative and relaxing. Amazing experience well facilitated by our tour guide, Maria, and the great driver (I can't remember his name) who did a fantastic job in a very challenging park ride. It is very obvious that al the tourist sites and facilities are well-maintained. Credit to the workforce for keeping every place nice and tidy, particularly very clean.

Very quick trip but worth to attend. Very lovely guide (micophone voice from the speakers a little bit bad at the end of the bus), it looks he like what he does and he shares a lot of information during this trip about Lanzarote. He spoke nearly all the time during transfers from one pointy to another. We choose Firday trip Volcano Express S and based on description, Aloe Vera factory should not be part of it and instead of having free time from 2p.m., we just had 1.5h in Playa Blanca. This was enough due to a lot of clouds on the sky but trip description then should be amended. First stop was Aloe Vera factory. Usefull information shared by employees but we were not interested too much as we visited already Aloe Vera factory in Furteventura and we heard everything yet. Second stop was bodega. 20 mins stop for quick testing of vines and shopping. I would expect more to hear about Malvasia Vine from people working there but only guide shares some info on the bus. Timinfaya trip around the park can be done only using the bus with guide (private trips are allowed to visit only space near to restaurant) so this is huge advantage of bus trip. Nice views, nice shows, interesting place to see real Hot Spot. Last stop was green lake. Beautiful place. I can recommend this trip. Making it on your own, you would be more Independent and you could stop everywhere where you want but the cost would be quite similar so If you don't want to spend a time to plan such trip, I recommend it with excursion center.

Qualche piccolo problema con l'imbarco a causa di biglietti il cui codice era illeggibile, ma per il resto un'escursione bellissima e ben organizzata. Bel catamarano (a motore) bel pullman comodo, ottimo autista e guida turistica molto gentile, professionale che parlava un perfetto Italiano e un ottimo inglese. Un po' "veloci" le varie visite, ma soprattutto al parco nazionale c'è talmente tanta gente che non si può pretendere di più. Complimenti!
